DESCRIPTION

Rusting of iron has been an age-old problem. Iron loses strength due to rusting. Iron spontaneously combines with oxygen and moisture to form a variety of oxides depending upon the conditions of exposure.

This is called "rust". However, this temporary passive stability is gone when the loose rust begins to flake away, exposing the inner surface to further process of rusting and so on.

Converust Primer is a revolutionary, hi-tech product that reverses the process of rusting. converting rust into a stable metal complex without losing the strength of the metal. SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove loose rust scales, flaking rust, old paint and dirt from the corroded metal surface with the use of wire brush etc.

However, there is no need to remove all the visible traces of rust, since the adherent rust is reactively converted into a stable polymer complex compound

TS4050 - Engine Coating leaves a hard, clear transparent film, is heat resistant upto 200°C. It gives a shiny and clean film which facilitates visual inspection of metal surfaces, reading of labels, numbers etc.
TS4050 - Engine coating has a good adhesion and flexibility on rubber and plastic parts at both high and low temperatures. Has a very short drying time and is designed to be sprayed on surfaces exposed to both high and low temperatures.

Application Procedure

TS4050 - Engine Coating should be applied on a clean and dry surface. Hold can about 15-25 cms. from the surface, depress valve head fully and spray in stroking motion [left-right or up-down] to avoid dripping and extra deposit. Repeat procedure depending on the thickness of film required, after few minutes allowing base film to dry.
Shake well before use, when agitator ball is loosened continue shaking for about two minutes before using.
Clean spray head after use, turn can upside down and spray to empty the valve. If nozzle clogs clean with solvent.

Transportation Wax is a white coloured dispersion of waxes in solvent. After drying it gives a hard – waxy film. This film protects the painted metal from UV – radiation, aggressive chemicals and polluted atmosphere during transport & storage.
